DirectAdmin has a brute force monitor feature which alerts by email every admin for brute force attacks. This kind of alert may be quite annoying, because it may happen that you get hundreds of them... it's possible to disable such alerts, keeping the brute force monitoring running:

  • Edit directadmin.conf file adding following statement:
     
    hide_brute_force_notifications=1
  • Restart DirectAdmin
