You can access the Web statistics for your site at:

http:/yourdomain.com/plesk-stat/webstat

They're usually password-protected, and to acees them you need to use your FTP main account.

If you want to make them public, you can easily do it on Plesk panel:
  • select on Plesk panel "Password-Protected Directories"
  • select "/plesk-stat" and click on "remove protection"
